I started off my career as a Digital Marketer focusing on Branding aspect two years ago, where I performed full marketing tasks from writing content, creating campaigns' plan and events, building partnership networks....

Until now, I have had a huge opportunity to equip myself with knowledge in various industries such as F&B, FMCG, technology, education, and beauty. These valuable experiences give me the multidimensional concept of modern marketing, current market through the eyes of a marketer and also accelerate my leadership & interpersonal skills.

- Managed Phe La’s brand portfolio with 3 sub-brands; analyzed & evaluated the market and competitors; advised the structure of MKT team & set the KPI
- Developed and implemented IMC plan for new Phe La’s store in Da Lat (04/2022) with the budget of 300 million VND for the first opening month, which achieved 101% increase in Fanpage’s followers and ROI was ~3.05%
- Was fully responsible for IMC plan for 03 new Phe La’s stores in HCM city (07/2022). The revenue of 1st store reached 750+ millions VND within an opening week
- Created the ideas, concept, and key messages for various campaigns: releasing new product, re-launching Olong Boba, opening new store in Hanoi... and observed their effectively.

• Determined key messages for 4 branding campaigns, created a landing page (visual, content, banner...), and managed the projects’ efficiency
• Researched and negotiated with about 40 new partners, which contributed to 27% of the total successful partnership agreement
